How we hire you
By Janina Maldonado Menéndez, Movinx Chief People Officer
Our recruitment process is the first opportunity we have to show you who we really are at Movinx – that’s why we take it really seriously!
One of our core values is honesty, and that means we prioritize open and transparent communication from Day 0.
What this means for our recruitment is that we:
- are clear about the role and expectations when we advertise,
- give you a person to speak to if you have questions about the recruitment process,
- manage your expectations throughout the process – sometimes things take a little longer or need to change, and you’ll be the first to know, and
- give shortlisted candidates ample opportunity for feedback – after all, it’s how we all grow!
Before applying.
Check out our ‘Who we are’ page, read through our values. You may also want to look at our People stories to learn a little bit more about Movers.
Take a look at our Instagram and LinkedIn. And finally, look through our open positions and apply online.
Remember that we don’t necessarily need a cover letter, but please ensure that you include relevant experience in your CV so that we can best assess your skills for the open position. Of course, if there are further examples you wish to elaborate on, a cover letter is always welcome.
Our process.
Most of our roles are filled via the following 3 recruitment stages:
- Screening.
- Skills.
- Team fit.
Once you have applied, we immediately start reviewing applications, so interviews start even before applications close. Therefore, if you want to apply for a role with us – do it sooner rather than later. Candidates can expect to know if they will move towards the screening stage within 5 working days. See below how you can prepare for each stage.

It is in our interest that you have all the information you need to succeed in your recruitment journey. If there’s any information you need, or any questions you have about any aspects of interviewing at Movinx, contact our People team and we will be more than happy to support you.
